No trust in the pricing on the site

I am incredibly dissapointed with Takealot. I often would purchase through Kalahari and not once have I experienced such poor customer service. I placed an order (# ***) for an all in one food processer that was listed as R429 only to have them email me the next day to say they can't fufil my order due to the incorrect price being displayed (some technical error) but offered to compensate me with a voucher. Whilst I appreciate the gesture I wanted my food processer for the listed price as this is what was advertised on the site. They refused to fufil my order blaming technicalities. Surely the price you see if the price you should pay, else this is false advertising and misleading the consumer. I have no faith or credibility in their pricing and hence won't look to purchase again on their site (only to be potentially dissapointed later). Surely the company should have some integrity to fulfil an order even if the issue has taken place on their side???
