No tracking

I like to use takealot so I can track my orders easily. To my surprise on some items, takealot simply pays the 3rd party and the 3rd party couriers the item. Meaning way less tracking. Here is a response from Takealot:

Kindly be advised that your order is what we call a drop-ship order. This means that it does not enter our warehouse. It is shipped directly from the supplier to the couriers to you.
