No Support: Missing Order #***

I've used Takealot for years and was a happy customer until recently. I placed an order on Friday, 24 November. I knew it would take longer than usual due to Black Friday.

However, on 4 December, I got a notification that it was "delivered" and signed by me, although I was never even contacted to grant the delivery person access to our estate.

I never signed anything, so I immediately flagged it with Takealot. I kept getting a string of "We're working on it" emails until they eventually just decided to "close the ticket".

I'm all out of options to try and get this resolved, and the order of around R1800 is just missing! It also contains a Christmas gift, which makes it time-sensitive before I leave for the holidays. Please sort this ASAP and improve on your communication with customers. Thanks.
