No support from Takealot

I bought a watch through Takealot and after about 2 months the watch have a problem. I returned the watch to them and they said that I must lodge my claim direct to the suppliers of this specific make. The watch itself carry a 12 month warranty. They gave me a e-mail address but all e-mails are returned unanswered. I asked Takealot to at least give me the name of the supplier or agent of this specific make but with no joy.

Their handling of this case is according to me very poor.
