No support at Takealot.

I ordered a "Flex Tape" but was delivered "Flexpower". I can forgive a mistake like that, but there is no option to return the item "Item not returnable" and There is not way to get hold of Takealot to tell them about my issue. They don't have a support email address on their site and their helpline hangs up on you after selecting the options to get to returns. I have tried phoning about 20 times already.
