No stock on advertised items

I bought a Freezer on special. After waiting for a week, I was told the item is out of stock and I will get credit. There were more than 8 in stock when I bought it. I contacted Takealot, but they just didn't even listen to me. If this was for myself I would still accept it, but this was for a rural school, that raised funds for the freezer. Sorry to say, I am now officially done with TakeALot
