No Stock after 2 weeks having paid and waiting

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>I just want to file my experience of bad experience, on the 30th April 2017, I have placed a Pre-Order for a Playstation 4 Game Injustice 2 (Ultimate Edition), on the 12th of May 2017. I was then emailed saying that they are sorry their Supplier does not have stock of the (Ultimate Edition) and can offer me the Standard Edition at a discounted price, which I am not happy with for the Ultimate Edition is what I Bought and Paid for which the money was deducted from my bank account on the 30th April 2017. Now al can offer me is a refund and all other retailers are also sold out, since the Injustice 2 (Ultimate Edition) is what many Gamers as myself seek over the Standard edition, due to its Exclusive add ons and DLC contents that it comes with and the Standard Edition does not offer. I am highly unhappy about this and have been a Valued customer and bought so many Products from TakeAlot. Totally Unsatisfied.</p>
