No SMS or communication as per their online procedure

Ordered and payed for an item on Monday, I opted to collect myself and the collection date was Friday. No sms, only message I get on my profile is "Order Delayed". No reasons given, I don't even know who to call. Pathetic service, I'm so dissapointed as I expected better from this business.
