No service when sub-standard items are delivered

One of Takealot suppliers, DOT DEAL, supplies sub-standard curtains. No descriptions whatsoever on their invoices. So when I ordered additional drops, I now have different colours. Trying to get to talk to someone at Takealot proves to be almost impossible. I've been sending emails for 3 days now and getting nowhere. Takealot should screen some of their suppliers or at least, keep record of how many complaints there are of a particular supplier. I do not recommend anyone ordering curtains from DOT DEAL.
