NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER

I have been struggling for two days to get feedback with regards to my delivery. Everybody keeps saying that they will get back to me, but nobody does. My delivery was supposed to take place on 5 December, but it is now the 8th and I haven't received anything. If I don't have my goods before 15:00 today, I demand an immediate refund TODAY. FEEDBACK PLEASE?!
