No service, took my money, did not deliver product....being kept on a line

I received a completely incorrect product ordered, and to fix this mess has been 3 days worth of battling to speak to a manager, which is completely unreachable and they only phone you when they want to - once in about 3 days. TakeAlot now has my money and my product and I am left at their mercy.
