No service No service Empty Promises

<p>I ordered 5 books from takealot on the 30 November2016 witch would have been delivered on the 15 December2016. Needless to say no delivery. When I enquired they promised to deliver on 21 Decber. No delivery. Again been promised to be delivered on the 30 December2016 at the latest. No delivery. On 3 January still no delivery. I requeted for the parcel to be canceled and I to be refunded as nothing is happining. On 4 January they credited my account with only one books money and when I enquored about it again it will be escalated and they will come back to me. Still no feedback. Emty promises no service and ??? *****??? With them ??? They states that nobody was available at home but every one was waiting for theparcwl at home all thetime now 4 books missing between the couriers and the warehouse . Email and phone calls doesnt help .</p>
