No Service - No Feedback - No Response

<p>I ordered a product form Takealot and want to change the delivery method to collect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Called the customer service number - NO RESPONSE</p> <p>Email the customer service help line - NO RESPONSE</p> <p>Emailed the customer service again - NO RESPONSE</p> <p> </p> <p>I quote: "One of our shopping assistants is reviewing your request and will generally respond within 2-12 working hours"</p> <p> </p> <p>It's been 51 hours now and still no response or feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>My ref: # ********** - # ********** </p> <p> </p> <p>Worst service ever! Won't be making use of Takealot again!</p> <p> </p>
