No service from Takealot

We ordered and paid for a trampoline on the 16th of May to help us keep our 5 year old sane during the lockdown period. The initial date of delivery was pushed back with two weeks and then again with another two weeks. After much anticipation the date of delivery eventually came... and went with NO TAKEALOT in sight. It's been two days and we are not getting any reply from them. No product, no credit, no service. NOTHING.
