No service from Michael Call Cente Agent

<p>1. Why is your phone number not on your site? People have unique issues that we cannot resolve using online methods. At least if you state you will respond in x amount of time.</p> <p>2. I just tried to phone takealot and Michael picked up but did not speak for 2 m minutes 47 seconds. I could hear background noise</p> <p>I then asked him to replace a doll bottle which is not available with a book Pippi longstockings at R84, which he said cannot be done.I told him that I am sure I have done it before and he asked me to go back in my order history and look for it, while making (what I perceive to be) sarcastic noises. I had to search order from 2013, then he interupts and askes for current order number I ended up dropping the call. I trust your calls are recorded so you can check.</p> <p>I have NEVER been told by Takealot.com that something cannot be done. I have rated Takealo.comt in surveys as TOPS! I love shopping on Takealot.com. Please send Michael on a customer service course.</p> <p> </p>
