No service

So frustrated!!!

Takealot has no after sales service.

They send you a faulty product and if you send it back and follow up they make promises to give you feedback, they even send you a mail to confirm that they will resolve it, but no one comes back to you.

How many times should I follow up, this is unacceptable.
