NO SERVICE AT ALL!! ONLY PROMISES!!

Pathetic service with no feedback. Delivery was supposed to take place on 4 May 2022. 3 Days later and not ONE person can give me an answer on where the item is! How does a fridge go missing and there is no response, 2 people who were supposed to phone me back yesterday just decided not to, and NO ONE CARES! In the meantime the person who is waiting for the delivery has taken days off work, missing out on an income for 2 days, and still NO ONE CARES!!! Not one person is really interested in my problem. Everyone promises to escalate the issue but NO ONE CARES!!!
