No service at all

So on the 28th of March I placed an order for a gas stove and a few other items. 3 days later I recieve my items and the gas stove is incomplete, I then immediately log a return, but have to wait 3 days for collection, then another 3 days for a credit, I then immediately place an order for a new gas stove, and ensure the item is in stock as well as add to this order other items and the pay in more money, 7 days later the parcel has not yet shipped, so on the 18th of april it says that it will be delivered, but on the 18th it has not even shipped yet, i logged a query with takealot and was told thwy will follow up with the courier and get back to me. How can you follow up with the courier when it has not even left your warehouse? Then suddenly at 16h00 on the 18th it changed to shipped and will now only be delivered on the 22nd and the feedback I was promised was never recieved.

So almost a month to get an incomplete item exchanged, forced to buy extra to get shipping and no feedback.
