No service and still waiting on my refund

I returned a foldable table that I bought as I only opened it for the first time a week amd a half later. After discovering that the table has damages and punch mark indentations on the table top and it's not a heavy duty or sturdy table as advertised, they then advise that u needed ro return it within 7 days. I mentioned that this is the 1st time I hear about this and secondly the table is not as advertised and the table top has damages. They advised that they will look into the matter and get back to me. Guess what, almost two weeks later amd still waiting. Just remember customers speak with their feet and remember that when Amazon is in full swing taking into account Superbalist is already struggling. I don't think I can do business with a company like this going forward. Be very careful people when purchasing from them.
