No service and expect everyone to be on a phone. Cannot send pin to phone like Temu does.

First and last time buying from Takealot. Worst experience ever. I use a PC and my email on PC, i come to collect my order then get told i have to have the app and sign in and have a QR code and have my email and so on and so on. Nothing was said like this when i ordered on my PC. Temu so much easier and better, they send you a pin and you give the pin to collect your package. I do not use my phone for emails and takealot apps. I received my sms, that should have been enough, no, i have to log in to my takealot account. WHAT **** IS THIS. Drove all the way there for NOTHING. Wasted my time. I want my money back. You can keep your products. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM TAKEALOT AGAIN.
