No service

I ordered a pool pump intex from them. After the arrival date passed we gave them a call to ask what is going on with the order. The guy said they have none in stocks, how does a company not let a person know in time that they have no stock. Now the intex pump is being advertised for 200 rand more expensive, and suddenly they have stock 3 days after saying the stock is out. This is mistreatment and bad service. Thankfully they did refund, but now I am still without pump and if I order now it will de here after Christmas according to the shipping details. It is pathetic, and I can't find the pump I ordered from them anywhere else. Very poor from them.
