no service

<p>We have ordered a specific product from them on the 28th July for a birthday present for a little girl. It still has not arrived for us to collect. Everytime we phone to discuss it with them they say it is still on its way from Gauteng even though it shows on the website available in Cape Town. We get emails appologising for it, but still no parcel. Yesterday when i phone I was told parcel has been ready since the 4th they will send an email. Email comes saying it is still being processed. I have heard so many good things about them but I have just had frustrastion on frustration. And very disapponted little girl that did't get a birthday present. </p>
