NO SERVICE

I ordered and paid for a new washing machine a week ago. The order was received on 7dec at your Glen Marais depot. For delivery on 10 December. At 16:00 i called 3 times querying about delivery andd every time I was advised i would be called back. NO. Call.

One call centre agent want to check with driver, the other do not even check and the 3rd refussed claims its still at the depot???

Where is my order and when will it be delivered as it currently look like you take moneey and disappear with the goods!!!!

I need answers today!!!
