No serial number with Lenovo Laptop sold
Order number : ***<br> <br> I purchased the above laptop (Lenovo G5080) from Takealot on 23 Jul 2015. I have now contacted Takealot twice regarding the following problem -<br> <br> *There is no Windows 8.1 Product Key on the underside of the laptop<br> *There is no documentation to confirm that the Windows 8.1 is legal<br> *I used a software program to find the product key in the registry <br> *When trying to update to WIndows 10, it says the product key is invalid, thus I cannot upgrade (By using Windows 10 cd I created)<br> <br> After phoning twice I am still not receiving any feedback, and for being a customer who regularly purchases on Takealot I feel very very disappointed!!!! <br> <br> I need to get this matter sorted out as I am continuing to waste time trying to get the new version of Windows installed!<br> <br> My customer e-mail - [Email Removed]
