NO SAME DAY DELIVERY

Another company who doesn't care about their customers and just takes their money. This is the second issue I have with Takealot. SAME DAY DELIVERY does NOT work and they make you pay R120 extra for delivery, then afterwards shift the delivery day to the next day. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I can see they don't care, because they don't even bother to reply on people here. Everyone should STOP using Takealot, even though they THINK they have the monopoly. Amazon will close down Takealot as soon as they have it available in South Africa. You cannot even cancel n order online. I would feel ashamed working for this company.
