NO REUND NO ANSWER

I contacted Takealot regarding items I returned which have not yet been refunded. Following my enquiry, I received a response stating that the warehouse has not received the returned items, despite them being collected from me two weeks ago.

I then contacted the driver who collected the items, and he confirmed that he was hijacked on the same day the items were collected. I immediately informed Takealot of this situation, however, I have not received any response to date.

At this stage, I am extremely concerned, as I feel I am being left in limbo. The matter does not appear to be receiving the necessary attention, and I am effectively out of pocket for items that were collected from me.
