No return policy from Takealot

Purchased Office 365 . Struggling with sale to go thru eventually sale went thru twice. I immediately requested refund for the one. Takealot refused to refund as it is against their policy. They claim they cannot refund on the basis that the product is a digital download. The joke is i downloaded one at around 5pm on Friday .as i write this review i am yet to receive the product key supposedly sent via e mail. Why then can i not get a refund for the one if everything is via download ? Will not be buying anything from them in the future and would like to warn other consumers.
