No return policy

Its extremely disappointing that I have to resort to hellopeter, but after numerous attempts to resolve my query directly with Takealot I have no other option than to let the general public know about Takealot's return policy...avoid the client at all costs until the warranty expires.

For the 2nd time I've been trying to return a defective item and keep on getting promises that it would be collected for exchange...and then on the day a nice sms stating that they were unable to collect the item they will try again tomorrow. Its been 2 weeks worth of..."we tried to collect your Takealot return, but couldnt. We'll reschedule."
