No return on incorrect oil pump that was received

I bought a oil pump for my VW Polo with CLP engine 16 valve and they sent me the incorrect oil pump as it does not look the same as my one works with a chain as the one i purchased on the photo it was the correct one but the one i received does not work with a chain. I opened the plastic it was in and only noticed that it was the incorrect one so i put the two pumps next to each other to take a photo to show the Takeallot branch when I take it back, so I put the incorrect oil pump back in the plastic and in the box and took it back the following day and today i received an email from Sipho that works for Takealot to say that the part has been used with photos of the incorrect oil pump that I sent back that is still brand new and exactly the way that I received it. This was the first time that I purchased from Takealot and I'm sure it's my last as they can't replace my unit with the correct one, the sticker on the incorrect pump is the correct sticker with incorrect part supp**** how can that be my fault if they replaced it with the correct one I wouldn't have had a problem even though my car is still standing due to me waiting on the correct oil pump. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BAD SERVICE
