NO return

I placed an order and they had sent 2 of an item of which I only paid for 1 and received 2. the site is not user friendly to email or ask or open a ticket so I took the item back to the Mossel Bay pick up point explained to the staff member and returned the extra item. I was suppose to receive a email from Takealot, nothing. I then did go online and arrange a return and explained why, they told me to tale it back to the pick up point I emailed back and said it was already there, still no response ??? Order ***2 so now what ? I returned the item on the 5th October.
