NO RETURN

I have been a happy takelot customer for many years. I have also returned a nuber of items without any issues. Now on 20 May 2024 I ordered a mini iron. It arrived on 23 May 2024. My wife tested the item on 24 May 2024 and found that it could not even get hot enough to iron the wrinkled out of a portion of a white shirt, Having trust in their systems I immediately scheduled a return and was advised that it will be picked up on 27 May 2024 - which it was. Submitted Return Reason: Product does not meet my expectations In this case, the product returned was used. NOW EXACTLY HOW WILL YOU KNOW IF AN IRON WORKS WITHOUT USING IT ??????????????? THOSE GENIUSES AT TAKELOT DO NOT WANT TO RESPONG TO THIS AND I HAVE NOW HIT THE BRICK WALL.
