No respose, send half the value of original product ordered

Wrong delivery. Tried to query it on website, nobody responded back, tried to phone, nobody answered phone. Bought solar light, advertised as 120w with remote, they send 60w without remote. I am basically buying something that you compare the prices to for double the price because they send something that is exactly half the strength and less functionality. And then they just don't care to answer emails or pick up the phones. Order ***3
