No response whatsoever

I bought a product from Takealot, and I've been trying to get hold of them so I can return it as there it is faulty. But I'm not getting any response. All I get is an automated email every single time. It's been almost 3 days with no response whatsoever. This is really sad as I've bought from them before, but this puts a real sour taste in my mouth.
