No response on query

<p>Takealot no longer has a telephone number for queries. All queries are submitted online. I submitted a query on 26 January 2017 and have not received feedback to date more than a week later.The query related to stock of a Duvet Set i.e. when there will be stock and plea that the item is on special now and I would like to order before the special is over and the price increases.</p>
