No response on order items NOT received.

I am still waiting for Takealot to get back to me on items paid for and not delivered. Is this the way forward Takealot? Take a lot of people's money and not deliver what was ordered?? Order nr#***. my 2 x jacobs coffee was NOT in my 1 box that was delivered! How long do you take to investigate? In the meantime... you go silent? In the hope that I will forget about it? I am very disgusted first of all by your delivery guy who wanted to crack when I wanted to check my box upon arrival??!!!! I never had issues... but this will make me think twice before ordering from you again! Going ******* like the rest? That's SAD!
