No response from takealot peron "Bonisa Siwayi" regarding order issue

I am very unhappy as I ordered this product and when it was delivered to me I only received one packet of the finish power ball, the other three products that comes with this bundle was never delivered to me. I reported this to takealot and Bonisa Siwayi advised for a photo of the product and bar code which was emailed. This was four days ago and have been doing follow ups with no luck. This is very poor service on their part. I either want a refund and they collect this packet of finish power ball or send me the out standing products
