No response from Takealot on missing item not received!

I received an obviously damaged, empty box from Takealot at a Takealot pickup point. The pickup point told me before accepting it that it was empty, but that it would be a quicker process to sign it out and return it on the spot. Yet 5 days later and after numerous emails and telephone calls, I have not received an acknowledgment, apology or refund from Takealot! The warehouse have received the empty box back, but are not completing the return. So I've paid for an item not received, can't replace it and am not getting any response or refund from Takealot!
