No response from Takealot on late delivery of order

I have placed an order on the 24th of November. On the 27th of November the order was marked as shipped and the delivery date set as 3 December 2018. A day later the expected delivery date was changed to the 4th of December. It is now the 5th of December and no delivery yet. Also no update as to why the delivery is late. TakeAlot does not have a phone number to call and their response to email simply states that they will follow up with another department and get back to me. Which they never do
