NO RESPONSE FROM TAKEALOT

Two weeks ago, I reached out to Hello Peter in a frantic attempt to elicit response from takealot. To this day, they have not responded. As I understand it, companies that are reviewed on this platform are obligated to respond to the complaint. Am I wrong?? Again, I am a South African author. My book - Making Lemonade - has sold out twice on takealot but takealot is not placing an order for stock to be replenished with my publishers in the UK. To make matters worse, the minute the book sells out, it disappears from their platform causing confusion with readers in South Africa, who are trying to purchase it. What can be done here?
