No Response from Contact team

<p>Good Day, </p> <p> </p> <p>two emails were sent with regards, to an order placed where the product says delivery in 7 - 10 working days. this order was placed on Saturday. However it now says now that is will only be ready for collection on January 3rd. I have not received an response from the two emails sent, i get the automated response saying it will be answered in 2 - 24 hours, and im still waiting. I understand you guys are busy due to festive period , but this is not on. I ordered gifts for christmas to be told after purchase that it will only be ready in January. </p>
