Re: Return Reference MRRN-W6G7E-YXY7 It is impossible to receive a response using the takealot online query logging system! I logged a query due to noticing that my return was declined, although the item was returned after a month but the warrantee is for 6 months. The items was never used and in its original packaging. I called and spoke to Siya who said that it should've been returned within 30 days but he was going to refer back to the returns team considering it's meant to be 6 months. He promised to email me feedback...I am still waiting over a month later. Still no feedback for my online queries logged either. They also didn't bother giving the item back if they declined the refund. I expect a refund.
