no response

Well after emailing takealot telling them I am still not a happy customer I have yet to receive a response from them. Although my delivery was early it did not satisfy me as a customer or even gain the faith to use takealot online shopping again. I said I have stuff in my cart and I would actually like to have that as a voucher to use online.. I feel like takealot disappointed twice.... and I would like to speak to the operations manager now. No agent or escalations agent, team leader or manager. I want the operations manager to call me so I can express my unhappiness
