no reply to refund

<p>I ordered a bluetooth ****le on the 22nd of december. an hour later I logged a refund/return. they still have the unit in their warehosue as i did not collect it. Ive logged to refund requests for this and there has been no replies as yet. seems liek Takealot does not offer sercvice when they have your money and you did not even colelct the product. all i want is my mopney bac****</p>
