No repair or refund after THEY bumped and dinged the item during transit!

Worst service ever. Bought a water machine. Received a faulty unit. Returned it and received the unit back after 12 days. It now featured dings and marks from transit and being handled while with TAKEALOT. Against my better judgement i accepted it like that and started using it. Afte 6 days it packed up again and the courier collected it. Then i was informed that they would not accept my return because its been used???? And a photo of it now featuring new scuff marks from transit to their PE branch with THEIR courier???? So no repair, no refund. Just a threat that if i dont accept the dinged scuffed broken macine in exchange for the R2500 that i have paid for it, they will dispose of it. So they can help me because it is used ( for six days in total) cause the rest of the time it was with their couriers, warehouse and supplier 🤣🤣🤣). Imagine your fridge stops working and the shop tells you ' o sorry its used and because our couriers and warehouse bumped it and dinged it we can not refund you. Wont be buying from Takealot again. Much rather drive to a shop, get friendly service and a real warantee. Takealot R2500 is alot of money for me as i am not even employed permanently. Please remove my account and also remove me from your mailing list. I wont be shopping from you again.
