No repair of phone less than 3 months

I bought a Samsung J5 less than three months ago, first it advertised 8GB memory although only about 2gb is available as the phone comes with its own apps (unnecessary apps). Then the screen keeps freezing, when i want to return it for repairs - TAKEALOT.com refuse to repair it as i miss the charging cable.
