No remorse, no communication, Horrible service!

I placed an order for my sisters party on monday the 31st of May. My delivery was due on Friday the 4th of June. I had to call Takealot to follow as i had not received the confirmation sms to be told that the delivery will not happen. My call was on hold for 30 minute before it got answered to be old that my order wont be delivered. No warning, no communication from Takealot, NOTHING. I don't know what I'm going to do about the function tomorrow and Takealot hasn't shown any remorse. I'm so disgusted by their service. They have lost a customer in me.
