No Refunds/Contact

So I bought 3 items on takealot MRRN-GVNWN-9E4B this is for two deepcool PC fans I returned the fans and was only refunded for one fan instead of two.

the second order MRRN-XMKPR-9ROV this is for deepcool cpu cooler sent this back as faulty they rep**** by saying return concluded and rejected and refer to email. No email was sent to me regarding the cooler I need to know why it was rejected and I need to get my money back as I had to buy another cooler from takealot. Im a loyal customer I buy most of my gadgets car parts or anything there ive emailed them countless times and no reply or contact. They have no way of contacting only via email no call center this is ridiculous
