No refunds or feedback for cancelled orders

I made an order on the 2nd of March, on the day of delivery I saw on the App that my order has been cancelled. I have logged 2 tickets already regarding a refund and have still not received any feedback or my money back! I've always thought Takealot is a very trustworthy supplier but quite shocked with this experience!
