No refunds for returns

The most useless bunch of humans ever. I submitted a return which was finalised by them on the 9th January 2026. Today is the 10th of February 2026 and I have not received my refund. Trying to get hold of them is like queuing in a home affairs office.

They have no customer care, no after care services for us paying client. I believe it is like this only for black customers. Absolutely disgusting behaviour Takealot South Africa.
