No refund yet after weeks. Unprofessional handling of queries.

I returned a product in Jan and was notified on 5 Feb that my refund was processed. I have still not recieved my refund. All my attempts to contact Takealot were fruitless. I would not trust Takealot again. Very unprofessional handling of queries. My refund reference is MRRN-UNQ66-XBRX
